The SHRM Leadership Development Forum equips HR professionals with the necessary tools and resources to expand their influence and improve their efficiency as leaders. Focused on strengthening leadership skills through a strategic mindset, the forum provides information on building leadership credibility and forming valuable relationships with staff and shareholders. HR professionals will also receive guidance on the best approaches and skill sets for supporting their organization’s culture, values, and goals.
Conference activities include an assortment of general and concurrent sessions, keynote speaker presentations, and educational seminars. Offered for mid- and senior-level professionals, educational seminars provide 14.75 recertification credits for professional development. Additionally, the Leadership Development Forum will host the SHRM Coaching Center for one-on-one coaching. Separate registration and fees are required to participate in seminars and the SHRM Coaching Center.
